Return Process

  Log into your Peeperly account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device back in its original manufacturer box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for verification.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
